We are looking for a highly organized performance-driven Content & Community Engagement Manager to own our content engine end-to-end. This role blends content creation digital distribution community engagement and light technical execution across our blog email CRM platforms and social media ecosystem. The goal is simple: grow demand deepen customer trust and elevate our brand through consistent high-quality storytelling and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Production & Publishing
- Research draft and publish high-quality articles property insights industry explainers and market updates.
- Create email newsletters automated sequences and announcement templates.
- Develop marketing materials: product sheets landing page copy brochures internal briefs and customer-facing documents.
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and sales priorities.
2. Social Media & Community Engagement
- Manage daily engagement across all platforms (Instagram LinkedIn X TikTok Facebook).
- Reply to DMs comments and inquiries in a timely brand-aligned manner.
- Repost relevant content to stories highlight key customer testimonials and surface trends.
- Coordinate with design for creatives and ensure consistent brand identity.
3. Digital Distribution & Optimization
- Upload and optimize content on the website/blog (SEO metadata tags).
- Manage email campaigns using Zoho Social/Zoho Campaigns or connected platforms.
- Track performance metrics: impressions conversion engagement CTR and lead quality.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines content formats and posting cadence.
4. Research & Industry Intelligence
- Monitor trends in real estate property development land investment and customer sentiment.
- Transform insights into digestible credible content pieces.
- Benchmark competitor activity and identify content gaps/opportunities.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with sales product and operations to gather insights for content.
- Align messaging with company positioning and upcoming campaigns.
- Ensure timely updates on new products estates price changes and announcements
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
This role is performance-driven. Success will be measured by:
- Content Output & Consistency: % of content calendar executed monthly.
- Engagement Quality: Response time to DMs comments inquiries.
- Audience Growth: Net follower growth reach impressions across all platforms.
- Conversion & Lead Quality: Leads generated through content entries (gated/ungagged).
- Email Campaign Performance: Open rate CTR conversion rate unsubscribe rate.
- SEO Ranking: Traffic growth to key articles and landing pages.
- Brand Alignment & Accuracy: Zero-error publishing and consistent brand tone.
Requirements
- Strong writing research and editing skills.
- Experience managing brand accounts and communities.
- Familiarity with real estate trends (Nigeria/Africa preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Zoho tools CMS platforms and basic SEO.
- Ability to create structured drafts quickly and adapt tone per audience.
- Organized reliable and able to manage multiple content pipelines at once.
- Data-driven approach to content iteration and optimization
Nice-to-Have
- Graphic design literacy (Canva Adobe Figma).
- Basic CRM knowledge (Zoho CRM HubSpot Pipedrive).
- Understanding of paid ads audience targeting and retargeted flows.
