We are seeking a Marketing & Content Lead who can blend creativity strategy and technology to help build and scale the go-to-market (GTM) engines for BH Consulting and its clients.
Youll be responsible for crafting narratives that connectacross web email and social channelsand for orchestrating the digital marketing ecosystem that drives awareness engagement and conversion. This role sits at the intersection of content marketing digital strategy and growth automation.
You will collaborate with consultants designers and automation specialists to turn ideas into measurable results.
Content & Storytelling
Develop high-quality content for blogs newsletters thought-leadership articles case studies and email campaigns.
Translate technical or consulting insights into compelling audience-friendly narratives.
Ensure tone messaging and brand voice remain consistent across all channels.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Plan execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across email web and social platforms.
Optimize landing pages newsletters and ad copy for lead generation and SEO performance.
Use analytics tools to measure engagement conversion rates and content ROI.
Social Media Management
Design and maintain an active presence on LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Manage content calendars posts and engagement for both BH Consulting and client brands.
Collaborate with designers to produce social visuals videos and short-form storytelling assets.
Growth & Automation
Coordinate cold outreach and lead-nurture campaigns using CRM or automation tools.
Work with the automation specialist to integrate campaign data optimize workflows and segment audiences.
Explore AI-based writing SEO and analytics tools to accelerate delivery and insights.
Outbound & Cold Outreach
Develop and manage targeted outbound campaigns (cold email LinkedIn and video outreach) to generate leads and meetings.
Write and test cold email copy follow-up sequences and personalized Loom/video messages.
Coordinate with the automation specialist to track responses automate follow-ups and refine outreach performance.
Use modern outreach tools such as Sendspark or similar platforms.
Brand Development
Maintain and evolve brand messaging guidelines.
Support design and website updates ensuring consistency across visuals and copy.
Core Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong grasp of storytelling structure and tone.
Proven experience (3 years) in digital marketing content creation or brand communicationspreferably in B2B tech or consulting sectors.
Understanding of inbound marketing SEO and content funnels.
Ability to interpret data and translate metrics into actionable insights.
Comfortable experimenting with AI-driven writing automation or analytics tools (examples include ChatGPT Jasper HubSpot or Notion AI).
Preferred Technical Exposure
Experience with CRM marketing automation or email tools (e.g. HubSpot Zoho CRM MailerLite).
Familiarity with web CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress Webflow Squarespace).
Basic understanding of visual design tools (e.g. Canva Figma or Adobe Express).
