The Site Measurement Executive plays a critical role in ensuring accurate data collection and documentation of on-site conditions for design and implementation purposes. This role involves visiting project sites to gather precise measurements assessing existing features and identifying design constraints to support the creation of detailed floor plans elevations and other project documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site visits to measure architectural features including walls ceilings floors windows doors and utilities.
Document existing conditions such as furniture placement fixtures and structural elements.
Identify design constraints or structural challenges that may impact the project.
Create detailed sketches measurement sheets and CAD drawings for use in design planning.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of measurements and site updates for consistent reference.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations during site assessments.
Utilize tools such as laser measures tape measures and digital levels for accurate data collection.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to align site measurements with project objectives.

Requirements

Must haves to apply:

Diploma or degree in Interior Design Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
0-1 year of proven work experience. If you are fresher with a strong will to learn and work we make sure that you get a chance to prove your worth!
Proficiency in CAD software and space-planning applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with measuring tools and drafting software is preferred.
Understanding of building codes and regulations is an advantage.
