Account Manager Software Sales (Expansion & Renewals)
Location: Field/Onsite Experience: 4-7 years
About the Role
Drive revenue growth within existing customer accounts through cross-sell upsell license expansion and renewals. This is a field sales role requiring regular onsite engagement with assigned accounts.
What Youll Do
- Mine expansion opportunities within assigned accounts (multi-product sales upgrades user/license growth)
- Build relationships across IT Finance Procurement HR and Business stakeholders
- Conduct solution demos negotiate commercials and close expansion deals
- Own renewal pipeline and ensure contract continuity
- Track adoption trends and identify scale triggers
- Maintain daily CRM updates and forecast accuracy in Zoho CRM
Requirements
4-7 years in B2B SaaS/Software account management or expansion sales
Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts
Experience with cross-sell upsell and renewal management
Strong stakeholder management across business functions
Comfortable with field/onsite customer engagement
Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot)
Excellent negotiation and commercial closure skills
Required Skills:
Product Knowledge Good communication skills Confident Client Engagement B2B sales Build and maintain relationships outbound calls
Required Education:
Minimum graduate-level education required.
