Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls WhatsApp and other communication channels to promote financial advisory services.
Understand customer needs through effective questioning.
Provide accurate information about services and address customer inquiries.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.
Coordinate with clients and set up meetings for the field sales team.
Maintain proper logs of calls leads and follow-ups.
Requirements
Male candidates only
24 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Business Development
Excellent communication skills in: - Hindi and English
Confident target-driven and experienced in handling customer calls
Experience in Finance / Banking / Insurance / Investment industries preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools MS Excel and call-tracking systems
Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Business / related field preferred)
