Transformation Director
What youll work on:
- Lead the development and execution of transformation strategies across the organization
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for improvement and innovation
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of new processes
- Analyze current operational processes and recommend enhancements
- Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on transformation project progress and outcomes
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Youll be a strong match if you have:
- Strong expertise in leading transformation programs (digital operational cultural or organizational change)
- Proven track record of delivering complex multi-year transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
- Strong analytical skills to assess business performance identify opportunities and drive data-informed decisions
- Excellent leadership communication and influencing capabilities
- Previous experience in consulting (MBB Big 4 or boutique) or senior transformation roles in high-growth companies
