Job Summary
A fast-growing startup is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to take ownership of day-to-day management and help scale the company. This role requires a strong operational leader who can hire train and oversee team members while improving processes and driving organizational growth.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing daily operations across departments
Hiring training and managing team members
Implementing and improving operational processes
Creating and tracking KPIs to support growth
Ensuring smooth workflows and organizational efficiency
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations leadership
Ability to manage and scale teams
Strong communication and organizational skills
Process-driven mindset with attention to detail
Startup experience preferred
Salary: $150k/Year
