Inviting applications for the roleof Consultant Workday HCM Techno-Functional AMS Support
The Workday HCM Techno-Functional Consultant supports and maintains the Workday HCM system across different geographies(US Mexico Canada India) combining functional and technical expertise. The role focuses on resolving issues managing small enhancements and ensuring smooth operations post go-live.
Key Responsibilities
1. Incident Problem & Change Management
Handle daily AMS tickets and resolve user-reported HCM issues.
Identify recurring problems and work with leads to implement permanent fixes.
Support change requests configuration updates and testing.
Ensure timely resolution per SLA and proper documentation of solutions.
2. Functional Configuration Support
Maintain and update configuration in Core HCM Absence Time Benefits and Compensation.
Review change requests for impact and alignment with HR processes.
Support testing during releases and configuration updates.
Maintain configuration logs and knowledge base.
3. Technical & Integration Support
Create or update EIBs for data loads and mass changes.
Monitor integrations and resolve simple payload or mapping issues.
Coordinate with the integration team for complex issues.
Validate data in sandbox and production tenants after refreshes.
4. Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain simple and advanced Workday reports.
Support validation and reconciliation of HR and payroll data.
Ensure scheduled reports run accurately post-refresh.
5. Release & Continuous Improvement
Review new features from Workday releases and assess business impact.
Participate in regression testing and feature adoption discussions.
Suggest automation or optimization opportunities within AMS scope.
6. Governance & Collaboration
Work closely with HR IT and AMS teams to manage priorities.
Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly governance meetings.
Maintain functional documentation KT materials and AMS dashboards.
Support compliance checks audits and data integrity reviews.
Domain Expertise
Strong understanding of HR processes viz hire-to-retire absences recruitment compensation time and benefits payroll
Experience in multi-country configurations (US Mexico India).
Knowledge on downstream HR system dependencies.
Technical Skills
Experience in Workday EIB Core Connectors Report Writer.
Familiar with Workday Security and change control.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors in HR IT or related field.
Workday HCM certification required (Core HCM Payroll Absence Time tracking Advanced Compensation Benefits ).
Strong Workday experience in AMS or post-go-live support.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication analytical and coordination skills.
Experience supporting global or multi-entity organizations across multiple legal entities.
