Job Summary
Location: Remote
Role Summary
Partner across the business to deliver insights and enable data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strong foundation in finance and accounting combined with advanced analytics data engineering and technical skills to bridge business needs and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis forecasting and modeling to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with IT on data architecture integrations and BI solutions.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts for data transformation and automation.
- Support system implementations and enhancements (ERP EPM).
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Technical Competencies
- Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI and Tableau and advanced Excel (including PowerQuery) skills.
- Alteryx flow design experience
- Advanced Data visualization development
- Understanding of data warehouses ETL processes and API usage.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data wrangling and automation.
- Experience in ERP systems like Oracle (EBS/Fusion) SAP
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- >5 years of experience in financial analysis combined with technical data skills.
- Strong grasp of GAAP FP&A processes and proven ability to partner across the business.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP/EPM systems (Oracle Adaptive Planning).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and modern data architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

- Ability to take instruction & then work independently to problem solve analyze and delivery useful accurate analyses and insights.
- Automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- High adoption and utilization of BI dashboards and reporting tools.
