Business Performance Manager Enpal Energy (fmx)

As Business Performance Manager (f/m/x) at Enpal you will help optimize one of Europes most innovative energy platforms. You will measure and optimize the performance of our Virtual Power Plant (VPP) a revolutionary system connecting solar panels batteries and heat pumps to trade and balance electricity in real time. You will build dashboards generate insights and contribute to strategic decisions across Product Operations and Finance directly shaping the future of decentralized energy.

What Youll Do

• Analyse and monitor business performance metrics (revenue margins unit economics growth drivers).
• Build dashboards reports and models to enable data-driven decisions.
• Develop insights and recommendations for management and Product/Operations teams.
• Perform ad-hoc quantitative analyses including SQL queries or similar.
• Contribute to strategy projects e.g. forecasting efficiency initiatives and new business cases.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Business Economics Finance Data/Analytics or similar.
• 23 years of experience in analytics business performance FP&A business development or consulting.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; enjoys solving complex problems.
• Experience with SQL or a similar querying language.
• Confident working independently and building new processes.
• Very good English; fluency in German is a strong plus.
