Job Summary
- Drive sales initiatives tightly aligned to market realities and group targets
- Identify quantify and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis
- Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end: Targets dealers tools and clear accountability for results
- Deliver concise decision-ready insights to stakeholders. Escalate blockers and push corrective actions fast
- Work cross-functionally (Sales Finance BI Marketing)
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of working experience in Management Consulting Sales Strategy & Operations or in dynamic fast-paced international scale-up environment
- SQL knowledge and experience using GSheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large complex data sets
- Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English other EU languages are a plus
- Previous CRM experience is a plus
