Reporting to the Director of Catering& Events responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Actively support the role of the Conference Services and Catering Managers
- Prompt response to client inquiries
- Comprehensive management of Delphi
- Handle client books and include all required information for file creation and applicable maintenance
- Create complete and update Banquet Event Orders work with Managers and Clients for event details
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a Sales and Catering department is a plus
- Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Word Excel and Delphi.
- Experience with Opera is plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Result oriented and highly motivated
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
