Client Engagement Coordinator Wealth Management
We are a fast-growing wealth management firm based in the Chicagoland area seeking a polished detail-oriented Client Engagement Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients. This role is central to delivering an exceptional onboarding experience and setting the tone for long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and incoming clients ensuring a polished and welcoming onboarding experience
- Gather and organize initial client planning documents for advisor review with a high level of accuracy and discretion
- Maintain and update client records and client database systems
- Manage advisor calendars including meeting scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare materials for client meetings reviews and presentations
- Coordinate client gifting and appreciation initiatives
- Managing social media marketing initiatives
- Provide insurance service support as required
- Assist with additional team projects and administrative initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Illinois Life & Health Insurance license or ability to obtain within six months
- 23 years of experience in a high-touch client-facing role
- Financial services or insurance industry experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
