Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing:
In this varied role youll:
- Be the main point of contact for drivers for all non-dispatch issues including managing the payroll time sheet process for operations and cleaners oversee and action driver shift surveys and enacting depot wide education campaigns.
- Assume responsibility for depot administration tasks including managing the leave register building driver rosters processing charter bookings ensuring licence compliance.
- Incident investigating including customer complaints Busways Occurrence Reports and reviewing CCTV footage as necessary.
- Ensure operational consistency with our national operating frameworks.
- Assume responsibility for the achievement of contractual and internal KPIs.
- Coaching team members and developing their performance offering feedback and demonstrating the desired skills and expected work ethic within your team
What Youll Bring:
- Demonstrated Operations knowledge including service delivery rostering incident management performance management employee relations complaint handling work health and safety inclusion and diversity.
- Leadership capability experience and demonstrated capacity to coach others.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
- Must be an Australian Citizen Permanent Resident or have working rights in Australia.
- Current Australian drivers licence issued by the relevant State

Please Note: The successful applicant will be offered an initial 12 month fixed-term contract with the intention of then becoming a permanent employee. This is part of Busways hiring policy for all admin roles. Our rate of conversion to permanent positions is over 90%.
