Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the local technology roadmap in alignment with global objectives.
- Drive adoption of modern technologies to enhance efficiency scalability and security.
- Oversee delivery of technology services across trading settlement risk and investment banking operations.
- Lead operational optimization initiatives including automation and digitization.
- Establish KPIs to measure efficiency and effectiveness of offshore services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks.
- Build and develop a high-performing team of engineers analysts and optimization specialists.
- Act as a local ambassador for the Warsaw site supporting branding efforts and industry engagement.
- Collaborate with global leadership to ensure alignment and consistency across locations.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Finance or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience leading technology teams
- Proven success in leading offshore or nearshore technology teams.
- Strong understanding of capital markets systems and trading platforms.
- Expertise in process optimization automation and digital transformation.
- Excellent leadership stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; Polish language skills are a plus.
