Aurizon is seeking a capable and detail-oriented Fatigue Risk Implementation Advisor to join our Safety Strategy Human Factors & Analytics team on a 12-month fixed term.
This role is suited to someone with experience in structured project work within a safety-critical operational or heavy-industry environment. You dont need to be a fatigue or human factors expert but you must be comfortable working with safety processes data technical documentation and engaging operational stakeholders.
This is not an entry-level role we need someone who can confidently support project delivery and follow established frameworks.
About the role
You will support the Senior Advisor Human Factors & Performance to implement Aurizons Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS). This includes coordinating rollout activities supporting workshops assisting with risk assessments and analysing fatigue-related data.
