Job Title: Revenue Operations Program Manager

SUMMARY
The Revenue Operations Program Manager drives key initiatives that strengthen how our go-to-market team works. Focus is on implementing and coordinating systems data and reporting to create scalable repeatable operations across Sales Customer Success and Support. The successful candidate will build reliable infrastructure improve data visibility and help teams operate more efficiently and achieve scale through the right tools processes and insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree and 10 years of experience in operations project management or a related role with a preference for experience in EdTech environments; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
