Scheduler Greystanes- 12 months fixed term contract

About the role:
The role is to schedule and dispatch work to crews in accordance with the approved rolling schedule of 2 weeks manage in day jeopardies and emergency response work priorities and maximise crew and resource allocation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing of material requirements contractor requirements and associated internal and external resources.
- Schedule and plan resources including staff plant and equipment.
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office products
- Current working knowledge of industry safety rules
About you:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly developed interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and to work unsupervised.
- Ability to make accurate resolutions.
