About The Opportunity

Programmeds Facility Management department are currently seeking aMaintenance Schedulerto join our team at Melbourne Airport.

This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high performing team that is responsible for liaising with internal and external customers to organise and accurately process client requests whilst providing exceptional customer service in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering all PFM maintenance related queries (Calls & Emails)
• Processing incoming work orders in our work order management system (MAS)
• Scheduling and managing work orders based on priority
• Responding to client requests in a timely manner ensuring that PFM field staff and/or subcontractors are dispatched within required time-frames.
• Review all work requests made and ensure all appropriate follow up actions and communications are completed and registered in the appropriate systems.

About You

To thrive in this role ideally you will have previous experience in customer service or administration a can-do attitude knack for people engagement and a drive for top-notch service delivery. Additionally you will demonstrate and possess the following:
