Job Summary

SchedulerReady to kick off 2026 with a role that truly makes an impact With continued growth across our Water portfolio KBRs Adelaide team is expanding and were seeking an experienced Scheduler to support a major water infrastructure project in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain baseline schedules and prepare whatif scenarios to support project decisionmaking
Apply schedule risk management techniques including contingency planning
Perform critical path analysis schedule integrity reviews and progress reporting
Build and manage resourceloaded schedules including producing histograms and schedule insights
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams to ensure sequencing accuracy and timely program delivery
Utilise tools including Primavera P6 MS Project and Excel (Power BI experience highly regarded)
Skills & Experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering Project Management or a related discipline
35 years experience in project scheduling ideally within major infrastructure or water projects
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
Understanding of EVM SPI schedule risk analysis and progress measurement
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with project stakeholders
