Purpose of the Role
BGIS is pleased to introduce a newly created Maintenance Scheduler role supporting a recently awarded Victorian Government services portfolio. This position plays a central role in coordinating planned reactive and statutory maintenance activities across a diverse state-wide property portfolio.
Reporting to the Operations team you will work closely with Facilities Managers technicians and subcontractors to ensure maintenance activities are scheduled efficiently delivered on time and aligned with safety and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate is organised calm under pressure and enjoys creating structure and clarity in busy operational environments.

This role is based in our Melbourne CBD office close to public transport with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days office / 2 days WFH) after probation / training.
Ad hoc site visits and occasional additional hours may be required to support operational needs.
