Job Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customers inquiries and resolving complaints via phone email or in-person
- Handling customer orders processing returns and managing product exchanges
- Maintaining customer accounts and updating information in the database
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience in a retail or e-commerce setting is preferred
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $60000 to $80000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance paid time off retirement plan and opportunities for career development.
