Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing customers inquiries and resolving complaints via phone email or in-person
  • Handling customer orders processing returns and managing product exchanges
  • Maintaining customer accounts and updating information in the database
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience in a retail or e-commerce setting is preferred

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $60000 to $80000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance paid time off retirement plan and opportunities for career development.
