Product Development Engineer

Job Duties:職務の内容

• プロジェクトリーダーあるいはプロジェクトメンバーとして新製品の設計開発業務を行う
• マーケティングなど当社他部門及びビジネスパートナーと連携し製品化に向けたプロジェクトを推進
• プロジェクトスケジュールの立案と実行
• 製品設計設計検証設計妥当性確認等の製品開発の実施
• 製品開発に関わるDHFQMS関連文書の作成と管理
• 顧客取引先との打合せ
• 製造部門への設計移管
• 海外R&D海外ビジネスパートナーとのコミュニケーション
• 製品導入輸出のための法的要求事項への対応
• 勤務地は静岡県袋井市のカーディナルヘルス株式会社袋井R&Dセンター

Knowledge/Skills Requirements望ましいスキル等

• 製品設計開発経験5年程度を有するあるいは設計開発関連知識を有する

• 臨床を理解し顧客と対話できニーズの仮説を組み立て検証が可能である

• 医療機器メーカーでキャリアを築いた方が望ましい研究職/開発職/工場エンジニア等

• 医療機器設計開発や薬事に関わる知識プラスチック加工に関わる知識を有することが望ましい

• プラスチック加工押出射出成形化学生物機械電気系のいずれかの知見経験を有することが望ましい専門は不問

• 英語でのコミュニケーションに前向きに取り組めることが望ましいTOEIC 700点程度以上歓迎

What Product Engineering contributes to Cardinal Health

Engineering is responsible for performing research and analyses to develop design options for components products systems and processes.

Product Engineering is responsible for developing iterations modifying implementing and supporting existing products that function within the product families through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience
• BA BS or equivalent experience in related field

• Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
• Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
• Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve
• Applies judgment within defined parameters
• Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
• Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
