UI/UX Designer

Your Role and Responsibilities
Create and iterate on user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs for generative AI features.
Own end-to-end design workflows from concept to implementation balancing user experience technical feasibility and business goals.
Identify new AI-driven opportunities propose design concepts and build prototypes aligned with strategic objectives.
Shape product direction through innovative generative AI interface and interaction design.
Explore and define new UI/UX paradigms for humanAI collaboration.
Facilitate alignment and build a unified product design vision across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Experience and Qualifications
Portfolio website required demonstrating design process and problem-solving approach.
High standard of UI/UX design execution with advanced proficiency in Figma.
Strong product design sense and ability to solve complex ambiguous design challenges.
Extensive experience with agentic coding tools (e.g. Claude Code Cursor) with strong preference for candidates who have shipped products using agentic coding.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills using mockups mental models and tools-for-thought to convey ideas clearly.
Strong bias toward shipping quickly and iterating based on real user feedback.
Comfortable working in abstract exploratory environments when developing new AI concepts.
Advanced English proficiency.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
4 years of experience designing UX/UI for software products.
Hands-on experience with generative AI LLMs or conversational interfaces.
Strong curiosity and ability to find simple solutions to complex problems.
Experience conducting design research and user testing.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
Japanese language proficiency.
