Your Role and Responsibilities

Product Towers IT Delivery Lead is responsible for planning executing and delivering complex product development projects that align with the companys business objectives. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders IT teams and external partners you will ensure solutions for products are delivered for agreed scope on time within budget and meet quality standards.

Serve as the day to day owner of assigned IT product development projects coordinating all activities and communications.

Lead requirements gathering workshops document business and technical requirements and secure stakeholder approval.

Develop and maintain project roadmaps detailed project plans budgets and risk/regression registers.

Facilitate cross functional collaboration among development infrastructure security QA and operations teams.

Drive process improvements and adopt best practices (e.g. DevOps CI/CD Agile).

Support procurement processes including RFP preparation vendor evaluation and contract negotiations.

Oversee technical integration efforts with third party systems and internal platforms.

Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture information security and compliance standards.

Manage change control issue resolution and escalations in a timely manner.

Coordinate and govern User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensuring comprehensive test plans scenarios and sign off.

Mentor and provide guidance to business analysts project coordinators and junior team members.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

8 years of progressively responsible experience managing and delivering IT projects.

Proven track record in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery methodologies.

Experience working with onshore and offshore development teams.

Familiarity with integrated enterprise systems (ERP CRM APIs cloud services)

Solid understanding of SDLC DevOps practices and ITIL principles.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira MS Project Confluence).

Bilingual proficiency: Japanese (N1/N2) and English (business fluent).
