Job Summary

Position Overview

Located in Fort Worth TX

Were seeking a motivated Sales Intern to support our sales team and gain real-world experience in a dynamic B2B environment. Youll learn the sales lifecyclefrom lead generation to client follow-upwhile working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in generating leads qualifying prospects and researching target markets

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities

  • Help create sales collateral and presentations for client meetings

  • Support CRM maintenance by entering and updating customer data and tracking activity

  • Participate in sales meetings training sessions and potentially shadow senior reps

  • Perform cold outreach and follow up with prospects

  • Coordinate or assist with events webinars or trade shows

  • Track and report on sales metrics including lead conversions and campaign results

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in (or recent graduate of) a Bachelors program in Business Marketing Sales or related field

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace

  • Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) or eager to learn

  • Proactive organized with strong attention to detail

  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles feedback positively

  • Adaptable resilient to rejection and eager to learn about sales strategies

Bonus Skills (nice to have)

  • Familiarity with social media outreach (LinkedIn etc.)

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or event coordination

  • Multilingual or foreign language proficiency
