Job Summary
Ventia is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage access safety and operational activities for Telstras tunnel infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role where your leadership and problem-solving skills make a real impact.

What youll be doing:
- Coordinate tunnel access requests and ensure compliance with safety and confined space procedures.
- Lead and manage contractors delivering maintenance and upgrade works.
- Conduct tunnel inspections audits and handovers.
- Validate work orders manage quality and keep systems updated.
- Liaise with Telstra and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
- Support project administration reporting and process improvements.
What were looking for:
- Experience in project coordination facilities management or telecommunications.
- Knowledge of confined space access and safety procedures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office; Maximo experience desirable.
- Current drivers license required.
