Job Summary

Are you commercially minded with a passion for strategy and business performance Bosch Rexroth is seeking an analytical professional to join our Sales Commercial Operations (SCO) team as part of our Graduate Specialist Program. This role will fast track your development giving you exposure to commercial decision making strategic alignment activities and global business frameworks.

As a member of our SCO team you will work across pricing assortment management planning processes and market analysis helping ensure our commercial activities align with both regional and global objectives. You will gain valuable insights into the drivers of industrial and mobile hydraulics markets while supporting business improvement initiatives.

In this role you will:

Support alignment of commercial activities in pricing assortment and strategic planning
Contribute insights that inform decisions across market sectors
Gain exposure to business drivers within manufacturing and hydraulics industries
Collaborate with global stakeholders to support unified commercial approaches
Assist in reporting presentation development and execution of Plans of Action

This role is designed to accelerate your growth by combining commercial exposure analytical responsibility and leadership development preparing you to contribute to Bosch Rexroths future success.


Qualifications :

We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual with a strong commercial mindset. To excel in this position you will need:

  • A Bachelors degree or Masters in International Business Commerce or Marketing
  • Prior work experience (2 to 3 years) in a relevant field
  • High Commercial Acumen: Understanding of business principles market dynamics and how to drive profitability and growth
  • Powerful Communication: Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills to convey complex strategies and insights
  • Analytical Capability: Strong aptitude for analytics and ability to recognise trends and business drivers across sectors
  • Industry Interest: A genuine interest in industrial and mobile hydraulics and the manufacturing industry
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to support the re alignment and direction of commercial tasks in line with global and regional requirements
