We are looking for aProcurementTransformation & Integration Manager who will play a pivotal role in bringing two major global companies togetherinthe Procurement area. This is a hands-on high-visibility position that will give you access toProcurementleadershipglobal/regionalprocurement teams and cross-functional stakeholders across every region isa role where your ideas matter your leadership is felt and your work has a direct impact on the success of ourcombinedProcurementorganization.

WhatYou willOwn & Lead:

In this exciting role you will be the driving force behind some of the most critical initiatives of our global procurement integration including:

Organizational Change Management:

Lead the communication alignment and training efforts that shape our new organizational model. Help unify teams embed new ways of working and ensure a smooth transition for more than 200 procurement professionals worldwide.

Change Management Training & Capability Building:

Design and deliver high-impact training programs on new methodologies tools and processes. Equip our teams to embrace change and driveefficiencywhile also supporting initiatives like the global Procurement e-Learning Program.

Process Integration & Optimization:

Help harmonize procurement systems policies and processes across multiple entities ensuring consistency with global standards andidentifyingopportunities for continuous improvement.

Technology & Tools Enablement:

Champion new tools and technologies that enhance the agility effectiveness and service delivery of our procurement operations.

Global Communication:

Coordinate Town Halls andglobal communication efforts to ensure transparency alignment and engagement across the full Procurement organization.

You also bring:

510 years of experience in project management PMO transformation integration or similar

Effectivecommunication organization and stakeholder management skills

The ability tobuy-inmotivate influence and guide teams through change

Experience navigating fast-paced environments with tight deadlines

Proficiencyin Microsoft Officeand SAP/SRM and other sourcing platforms like Coupa/Ariba etc.

Fluency in English

A positive proactive energetic attitudeand a passion for getting things done

Willingness to travel occasionally.
