The Regional Material Planner is responsible for the supply planning of packaging and raw materials to ensure their availability for our European manufacturing units with the objective to meet service cost and cash targets. This role is part of a team of material planners and is located in Warsaw Poland. The team continuously improves the material planning function and deliverables set standards and owns the long term vision and strategy for the incoming material supply chain.
The role co-operates closely with the Planning and Logistics teams in the Manufacturing Units the Supply Network Planners and Central Planners in the Central Planning Team our European and Global buyers and our key Suppliers.
The position is part-time (½ time) and fixed-term - to the end of October 2026.
As a Regional Material Planner you will be responsible for:
- ensuring availability of packaging materials for our European manufacturing units so we can deliver to our retail and out-of-home customers on time and in full
- building and maintaining a solid relationship with our suppliers within a specific scope and category
- working closely with various stakeholders and functions including Manufacturing Demand Planning Central Production Planning and Procurement
- working on the standardisation of the Material Planning function and deploying to improve quality productivity and service level
- in this role you will also analyse demand trends determine the right inventory level and secure supplier capacity in the network by setting up regular reviews with our suppliers and manufacturing units

For the role as a Regional Material Planner were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- preferably you have a Masters/Bachelor of Science/equivalent degree
- an experience with Integrated Supply Chain
- high motivation and organizational skills but at the same time can deal with ambiguity
- a thirst for knowledge and are eager to learn
- an easy understanding of complex data and figures
- the ability to take helicopter view that translates high complexity into concrete planning scenarios
- strong interpersonal skills
- speak fluent English
- a continuous improvement mindset
- are available to hybrid work
