Job Description
Mission:
Within the E-Business team and reporting to the E-Business Operations Coordinator your role will be to monitor and coordinate e-commerce operations on a global scale to guarantee impeccable service to our clients.
Main Activities:
Operational:
Managing the Omnichannel order backlog (Ensuring adherence to processing times monitoring and resolving any issues encountered)
Monitoring BtoB flows ensuring compliance with shipping delivery and receipt deadlines for CONCESSION partners and also BtoC shipments for marketplaces clients
Follow up closely every RTV (Return to Vendor) activity with CONCESSION partners coordinate and drive processes among inventory after-sales and partners for example documents issuing packaging pickup and other tasks to ensure the successful completion of RTV activities.
Respond to partners inquiries regarding product information and pricing to ensure that goods delivered to customers can be promptly inbounded.
Assist in investigating issues such as shipment delays IT bugs stock discrepancies and sales variances.
Communication & Reporting:
Project:
Participation in benchmarking for upcoming projects and support on ongoing projects across multiple phases (design testing hypercare).
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to propose automation and optimization solutions.
Profile:
Graduate of a university engineering school or business school specializing in Supply Chain or E-business (Masters level or equivalent)
Ideally with initial experience in e-commerce or supply chain.
Strong interest in the luxury sector
Fluency in English is essential
Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
You are organized independent proactive dynamic and meticulous.
6-month internship available starting March 2026.
