Job Summary
Are you passionate about making an impact in the life sciences industry OPIS a quality-focused science-driven Contract Research Organization (CRO) is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our expanding global team. This is your opportunity to launch a career in business development within clinical research backed by a structured growth plan and comprehensive support.
We offer a clear pathway to become a Business Development Manager within 18 months and a potential promotion to Business Development Director in the following years - based on your performance and dedication.

What Youll Do
As a Business Development Associate you will play a key role in identifying and initiating contact with potential client companies in the clinical research space. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers
- Mapping organizational structures to support strategic outreach
- Contacting potential clients via phone and email presenting OPISs services with clarity and professionalism
- Coordinating and scheduling virtual or face-to-face meetings between prospective clients and OPIS senior staff
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data in our CRM system
- Following up with leads managing communications and building long-term relationships
What You Bring
- 13 years of sales experience (i.e Sales Development Representative Business Development Representatives)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to research
- Good command of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Highly organized with strong planning skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Must have right to work
