As a Temporary Scientist in our R&D team youll help turn consumer insights and new technologies into real products. Youll work hands-on in the lab support formula development and testing and contribute to clinical and performance studies that shape our brands. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced consumer goods environment working with experienced scientists and cross-functional partners.
What Youll Do
Support the design execution and analysis of laboratory studies and small-scale clinical or performance tests.
Contribute to formula development including stability testing and performance evaluations to support product claims.
Explore and assess new technologies and ingredients and help translate them into product concepts.
Summarize findings in clear reports presentations and documentation for internal partners.
Collaborate with teams such as Safety Process Development Microbiology Analytical Regulatory and Technology Insights.
Ensure accurate compliant documentation (lab notebooks SOPs reports) and support efficient technology transfer.
Follow and promote safe lab practices Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and EOHS/Quality standards.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Biochemistry Materials Science Biotechnology or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
At least 2 years of experience in the consumer goods industry in a similar role.
Intermediateadvanced English.
Nice to Have
Academic publications.
Strong hands-on lab skills and familiarity with product/formula testing.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects.
Knowledge of analytical methods rheology emulsion chemistry surfactants and mixing.
Good data handling and reporting skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint (Project is a plus).
