At BIOTRONIK Neuro were ready to redefine relief for patients experiencing chronic pain. Leveraging BIOTRONIKs advanced cardiovascular technologies BIOTRONIK Neuro has created a new approach to SCS therapy management: one thats not just implanted but truly connected to the needs of patients and providers.
The Training Manager is responsible for establishing best practices and continuous process improvement for US-based training initiatives targeted primarily at field sales and clinical support employees as well as customer-facing education programs as deemed appropriate. The Training Manager leads the development of training which provides in-depth technical knowledge of products therapies processes and product benefits. The Training Manager is also responsible for supporting the certification progress of new hires and provides training and guidance to the field trainers and on-boarding mentors.

This job operates in a professional office environment whether on-site or remote. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers camera and phones.

This is a largely sedentary role; however there will be some in-person facilitation. This would require the ability to stand for long periods of time move about the room to monitor workshops and bend and lift equipment such as programmers (approximately 25 pounds). While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle feel or operate objects tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to talk and hear.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Standard days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work may vary depending on time zone supported. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel:
Approximately 30-50% domestic overnight travel expected. This includes travel to headquarters to facilitate classes as well as support of customer training and congresses. There is potential for International travel but this would be rare.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
If not already certified in BIOTRONIK Neuros products this person would need to complete a certification course
