Were an award-winning leadership and personal development education company with a global presence and 15 years experience delivering proven programs and hosting live seminars and events. As we expand across the U.S. were looking for a Client Engagement Manager to support growth in the Chicago market and beyond.

The Opportunity
Were expanding locally nationally and internationally and were seeking an energetic professional to support this growth.
- Remote and portable (Chicago-based applicants welcome; work from anywhere)
- Flexible schedule (you choose when and where you work)
- Independent contractor role (not employment)
- Performance-based remuneration (details shared during the selection process)
- Weekly Zoom training scripts and ongoing support provided
What youll be doing
- Conduct high-quality conversations via phone/Zoom using a structured framework
- Engage with enquiries and booked conversations
- Ask structured questions to confirm fit and guide the next step
- Follow up consistently and professionally
- Coordinate online Q&A / information sessions when required
- Attend weekly training and ongoing development via Zoom
- Track conversations and outcomes using simple systems
- Support a smooth handover/onboarding process
What were looking for
- 5 years professional experience in business development/client-facing roles
- Proven ability to run high-trust consultative conversations
- Confident warm communicator on Zoom/phone
- Self-managed consistent and accountable
- Professional-level English (spoken and written) as our training/resources are in English
- A genuine interest in leadership and personal development (youre someone who values growth and loves learning)
