As we expand across the U.S. were looking for a Client Engagement Manager to support growth in the Chicago market and beyond.

The Opportunity

Were expanding locally nationally and internationally and were seeking an energetic professional to support this growth.

Remote and portable (Chicago-based applicants welcome; work from anywhere)
Flexible schedule (you choose when and where you work)
Independent contractor role (not employment)
Performance-based remuneration (details shared during the selection process)
Weekly Zoom training scripts and ongoing support provided

What youll be doing

Conduct high-quality conversations via phone/Zoom using a structured framework
Engage with enquiries and booked conversations
Ask structured questions to confirm fit and guide the next step
Follow up consistently and professionally
Coordinate online Q&A / information sessions when required
Attend weekly training and ongoing development via Zoom
Track conversations and outcomes using simple systems
Support a smooth handover/onboarding process

What were looking for

5 years professional experience in business development/client-facing roles
Proven ability to run high-trust consultative conversations
Confident warm communicator on Zoom/phone
Self-managed consistent and accountable
Professional-level English (spoken and written) as our training/resources are in English
A genuine interest in leadership and personal development (youre someone who values growth and loves learning)
