Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable/Receivable specialist at Shottenkirk KIA Fort Bend in Rosenberg this role you will be responsible for managing financial transactions related to both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices purchase orders and payment requests.
- Manage incoming and outgoing payments and ensure proper documentation.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions on a regular basis.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain vendor and customer records and respond to inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable or related finance roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidate must be efficient in CDK and able to navigate the system with accuracy and speed.
