Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in Jonesboro and we are currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Clerk you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our companys databases ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately input and update data into our companys databases

- Verify and correct any discrepancies in data

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files

- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation

- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed

- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and security

- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role

- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic understanding of real estate terminology is a plus

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
