Workers Compensation Supervisor
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workers Compensation Supervisor to join a team. This is a permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement offering an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in workers compensation and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in the field along with SIP certification and expertise in handling 4850 claims.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $110000 - $115000 annually
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (remote work available)
- Equipment Provided: Yes
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage workers compensation claims ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the workers compensation team fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Handle complex claims including those involving 4850 benefits and ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address claims-related issues and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare and present reports on claims activity trends and outcomes to senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims management processes and outcomes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workers compensation claims management.
- SIP (Self-Insurance Plans) certification is required.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with 4850 claims.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
