Job Summary
Lead and oversee the maintenance department. Hire train and supervise maintenance staff. Knowledge of residential home maintenance including plumbing basic electrical mechanical and structural components of the home. Help design and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Enforce all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace.
Requirements
Must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Maintain a positive relationship with employees and tenants of WSHA. High school diploma and five years of related experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. Must have a valid Oregon drivers license and be insurable under the tribal insurance plan.
