Job Summary
Location: Vincennes IN
Position SummaryThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance operations of the facility. This role ensures that all equipment systems and supplies are properly maintained repaired and compliant with established safety standards and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities-
Oversee and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility.

Perform routine and emergency repairs on equipment systems and facility infrastructure.

Plan and conduct regular monthly maintenance inspections and preventive maintenance programs.

Assign supervise and prioritize maintenance duties and work assignments.

Order requisition and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies tools and equipment.

Ensure compliance with all safety rules policies and maintenance department procedures.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and submit required reports to the Administrator as needed.

Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to support facility operations.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and minimize equipment downtime.

Proven experience in facility maintenance or maintenance supervision.

Strong working knowledge of mechanical electrical plumbing and general building systems.

Ability to lead train and supervise maintenance staff effectively.

Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance standards.

Strong organizational communication and record-keeping skills.
