We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented On Ground Supervisor to manage the weekly operational tasks for our Airbnb properties. You will be the primary on-site point of contact responsible for coordinating housekeeping maintenance guest check-ins/check-outs and ensuring a 5-star guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Operations:
1. Oversee smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.
2. Ensure all properties are guest-ready prior to arrival (clean stocked and fully functional).
3. Provide in-person support for special requests or escalated issues.
4. Conduct periodic property walkthroughs to ensure quality and presentation standards.
Housekeeping & Maintenance Coordination:
1. Coordinate with cleaning teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
2. Monitor housekeeping schedules and ensure timely turnovers between stays.
3. Identify and report maintenance issues; liaise with contractors/repair teams for quick resolution.
4. Maintain an inventory of household items and coordinate restocking.
Team Supervision:
1. Supervise and guide part-time staff cleaners and third-party vendors.
2. Ensure team members follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3. Train new cleaning or support staff as needed.
Quality Control:
1. Perform regular inspections to ensure properties meet brand and safety standards.
2. Collect guest feedback and implement improvements.
Logistics & Reporting:
1. Maintain records of incidents damages and maintenance issues.
2. Submit daily/weekly reports to management on property status and operations.
Requirements
1. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
4. A valid drivers license and ownership of a reliable vehicle.
5. Comfortable performing basic handyman tasks.
6. Required working hours 25 hours per week.
7. The role requires working from the office approximately 12 days for site visits 23 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
