Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Scrum Master

In this role Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that Scrum practices are followed removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

of Scrum Events: The Scrum Master orchestrates and facilitates all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. They ensure these meetings are productive and time-boxed allowing all team members to participate effectively.
Leader: Acting as a servant leader the Scrum Master supports the team by addressing their needs and helping them grow. This includes advocating for the team and ensuring they have the resources and environment necessary to succeed.

and Mentor: The Scrum Master coaches team members on Agile principles and practices fostering a deep understanding of the Scrum framework. They encourage continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Remover: One of the primary responsibilities of a Scrum Master is to identify and remove obstacles that hinder the teams progress. This could involve resolving conflicts addressing technical issues or managing external distractions.
Facilitator: The Scrum Master ensures clear communication between the Scrum team the Product Owner and other stakeholders. They maintain transparency regarding the teams progress and challenges often using tools like burn-down charts and product backlogs.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications

Bachelors degree in business information systems (IS) computer science or related field or equivalent-related IT experience

Preferred Skills:
Experience in SaaS platforms or the home/field service industries.
Knowledge of payments processing systems and security best practices
Exposure to legacy modernization projects and domain-driven design.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
