Role : Integration Developer
Experience : 6 years - 9 years
- Strong integration experience with SAP Integration Suite iFlow including Groovy scripting mapping and error handling
- In depth knowledge of SAP HCM SuccessFactors data models and integration patterns
- Proficient in ABAP OO BAdIs and Infotype Framework for custom integration logic
- Experience with secure data exchange SSH OAuth x509 basic auth
- Hands on experience with SAP SOA Manager and SuccessFactors migration and replication
- Hands on experience with the SuccessFactors Integration Centre
- Nice to have skills
- Experience with Business Integration Builder BIB and this specific iFlow configuration
- Familiarity with SAP HCM SuccessFactors integration architecture
- Knowledge of other SAP BTP modules like SAP Build
- Understanding of master data customization in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Experience in other scripting language for transforming file based data like python pandas
- Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain migration and replication routines between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors within the Business Integration Builder BIB and Custom IFlow Integrations
- Design and configure end to end integration interfaces e g recruiting reporting
- Configure replication settings SAP Replication Systems and whitelisting within SuccessFactors
- Perform end to end testing data validation and troubleshooting of integration flows and BIB configuration
- General skills
- Core Competency deep knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors data models including employee data organizational structures and HR lifecycle processes
- Data Transformation Experience with data migration transformation and validation from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors
- Process Focus support hybrid integration scenarios master data synchronization and automated data migration
- Collaboration Close collaboration with HR domain experts SAP consultants and IT teams to define requirements troubleshoot issues and optimize processes
- Quality Automation A strong focus on data quality automated validation and continuous process improvement to ensure reliability
