We require a senior Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits consultant to join our established Oracle Fusion practice. The consultant must have experience of at least two HCM Cloud projects as a functional expert working on the Benefits module.
You will come up with design solutions offer expertise and provide guidance to our clients on best practices for the successful delivery of the chosen solution. You should be customer focussed with strong documentation skills able to work independently and unsupervised.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Oracle Benefits module
- Provide training and coaching for other colleagues
- Assist in pre-sales activities via demos
- Offer expert advice regarding Cloud processes configuration options and roadmaps
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to clients regarding leading practices and the functionality of the software modules
- Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely
- Positive dynamic and flexible attitude should be an excellent team player
Qualifications :
- In depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits preferably with some prior exposure to Absence Payroll and Time & Labour modules
- Minimum 8 years experience of Oracle HCM Cloud
- Strong experience translating business requirements and design into functional solutions
- Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills
- Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely with our Cloud community
- Demonstrate self-initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of your ability
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Absence Payroll and Time & Labour modules
- Prior experience of working with UK based implementations
- ITIL process knowledge
- Wider experience of HR processes from a business context
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications would be an advantage
