Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-9:30am AND 1:00pm-6:00pm. Year round position.
Position Criteria:
- High school education or equivalent required
- Two to four year degree preferred
- 2 years experience in child care industry preferred
Performance Criteria:
- Staffing: Assigning staff to age groups for the afternoons Assigning weekly jobs Training on curriculum and every day duties
- Children: Keeping them safe supervising friendly interactions planning fun learning activities providing guidance being a role model
- Office Work: Emailing other supervisors parents and teachers filling accident/behavior reports keeping child information up to date planning curriculums filling out DHS requirements
- Environment: Tornado and fire drills watching weather and planning appropriately cleaning toys planning fun and safe experiences maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Planning: Curriculum no school days gym games crafts drills cooking STEM strategies for childrens behavior
