In this position you will join the Thales Netherlands IS/IT team. IS/IT is at the core of the Thales digital transformation; there is a close relationship between IS/IT and business.
With a team of around 180 colleagues we provide IS/IT support to our 3500 NL colleagues in several Business Lines and functions. The IS/IT department of Thales Netherlands works closely together with the international IS/IT departments of the Thales group.
Our mission is: Providing secure access to Thales information in One Click with a culture of Feeling Proud Together. Our Agile transformation journey started some years ago. About the job
Your work as an Application Packager is varied. Every day you start with the team to discuss ongoing tasks during the stand-up and how to align these tasks. Both within the department and team you work according to Agile/Scrum working methods. Throughout the week you focus on the sprint work together with your team. Your main task will be the packaging of applications.
You ideally have experience with:
- Windows 11
- Ivanti Workspace Control
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- MSI Packaging
- Powershell scripting
- Advanced Installer
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Have a completed MBO degree or have gained similar experience through several years of work
- You dont need to be a package expert yet if youre interested in developing your skills in this field well provide you with the right guidance and training
- Like working in an Agile environment and are comfortable with a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- Can communicate in English both written and spoken
- Can work in a structured manner
- Are available to work in a hybrid model which means 60% of your working time in at the Hengelo office.
