As a Delivery Lead you will play a pivotal role in enabling operational excellence across Scotiabanks enterprise platforms. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage third-party risk processes coordinate onboarding workflows and support delivery queues while contributing to strategic initiatives across the bank.
Is this role right for you
Execute risk assessments and contract lifecycle activities using Coupa Risk Assess and Icertis
Manage contract records amendments renewals and terminations in Icertis including coordination with Legal and Procurement team
Lead onboarding processes for new vendors and resources.
Stay current on Microsoft product updates collaborate with stakeholders to address risks and provide training to ensure compliance.
Works closely with Security Internal Controls Privacy Internal and External stakeholders on the different tools and features that are used by employees.
Manage Distribution List (DL) requests including the creation modification and decommissioning of DLs through ServiceNow tickets.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role
Minimum 2 years of progressive and hands-on analytics experience within Technology industry
Sound knowledge of Microsoft products
Expert user of PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to deliver compelling presentations of the findings & recommendations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Experience in onboarding and operational support processes
PowerShell experience is preferred
