Job Description & Summary: A career within.

Responsibilities:

Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau ensuring high usability and performance. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions and reporting frameworks. Build and optimize semantic models data transformations and DAX calculations in Power BI. Create Tableau workbooks calculated fields parameters LOD expressions and published dashboards to Tableau Server/Cloud. Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases cloud storage APIs spreadsheets and enterprise systems. Implement row-level security (RLS) data governance and best practices around BI deployment. Collaborate with business users analysts and technical teams to ensure report accuracy and alignment with business KPIs. Troubleshoot visualizations data ingestion issues and performance bottlenecks. Support self-service BI adoption and guide users in interpreting dashboards and using tools effectively. Document dashboards datasets data models and development processes for governance and continuity.

Mandatory skill sets:

Proven hands-on expertise in Power BI (Power Query/M DAX Data modelling) and Tableau (calculated fields LOD expressions Tableau Prep/Tableau Cloud). Strong skills in SQL for data extraction transformation and validation. Familiarity with ETL concepts data warehousing and data modelling (Star Schema Snowflake Fact/Dimension concepts). Experience working with enterprise BI environments workspace management and permissions handling. Knowledge of cloud analytics platforms such as Azure AWS GCP or Snowflake is an advantage.
