Key Responsibilities:
Engineering and Maintenance:
- Assist in identifying major facilities and equipment requirements
- Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment
- Stay abreast of technological advances in surveillance and safety equipment
People Management:
- Establish seamless coordination with all ACCOR departments
- Provide support to the team and motivate staff
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure team is trained in all safety provisions
Financial Management:
- Ensure optimal cost-effective use of resources
- Educate team on resource management
Operational Duties:
- Direct and coordinate overall Engineering department activities
- Implement policies and processes whilst maintaining ACCOR standards
- Maintain regular inventories of technical equipment
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of records and statements
Qualifications :
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or related field).
- Minimum 5-6 years of Similar experience in hotel or facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing and fire safety systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle emergency repairs.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
