What is the role
The Senior Manager Commercial Programs role reflects the increasing scale of global commercial activity for the Aerogen device business and business development activity with external partners medical equipment and drug manufacturers. The person in this role will be responsible for leading Business Operations programs to support Aerogens commercial strategy. The role will have substantial interaction with customers & suppliers.
What are the key responsibilities
Lead operational preparation for drug-partner programs including clinical supply readiness commercial supply planning and execution and combination product preparation (Co-Package/Cross-Label).
Oversee the Core Commercial Operational Programs to drive strategic growth including;
channel transformations in Italy Japan and Australia;
planning for Austria and Netherlands transformation from Germany;
delivering transformative initiatives such as Saudi Localisation;
providing operational readiness support for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
Drive supply efficiency by participating in Aerogens Sales Operations and Financial Planning process collaborating internally to resolve challenges from unique local market requirements (e.g. product regulations labelling UDI IFUs) and driving ROSA improvement initiatives to reduce working capital.
Optimise and expand Aerogens distribution network by addressing obstacles to onboarding new countries while minimizing product variant proliferation driving improvements including 3PL partner selection facilitating the implementation of Direct Sales Operations with local setup and reviewing supply chain and portfolio opportunities by strategic segments (e.g. OEM kits EDW&F kits).
Co-ordinate implementation of changes to normal supply patterns involving assessment with Regulatory and other impacted functions.
Play a strategic role as Aerogens Systems Architect including;
ensure Aerogens ERP platform is designed integrated and scalable to meet evolving business needs.
own the architecture optimization and governance of ERP systems including Certinia Salesforce and other integrated applications.
align ERP solutions with business processes across Finance Supply Chain Operations and Commercial functions.
provide technical expertise and business insight to guide ERP strategy design and implementation.
support cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of ERP initiatives.
What Education and Experience are required
Financial Qualification or Masters degree in Engineering or Science discipline ideally complemented with a Postgraduate Business qualification.
Min. 10 years Industrial experience.
Min. 5 years in Medical Device Design Development Manufacture Quality Assurance Finance or Regulatory Affairs. Experience in medical commercial environment would be beneficial.
Experience managing projects involving cross functional teams.
